Who we are

She Answers (“we,” “us”) operates sheanswers.ai. We provide an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for small businesses. Contact: [email protected] · sales demo line (260) 408-9365.

What we collect

  • Account & billing: business name, contact name, email, phone, and payment info processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Onboarding: scripts, phone lists, hours, and docs you upload or share so we can configure your agent.
  • Call data: audio of calls handled by your AI receptionist, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and timestamps.
  • Site basics: standard web logs and optional analytics (e.g. Cloudflare) such as IP, browser, and pages viewed.

Call recording & transcripts

Calls answered by She Answers may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver the service (including emailing you a transcript after each call) and improve quality. You are responsible for telling your callers about recording where your local law requires it. We email transcripts to the address you give us — there is no separate app you must check.

How we use information

  • Provision and run your AI receptionist
  • Bill you and send service emails (including you’re-live and transcripts)
  • Respond to support requests at [email protected] or [email protected]
  • Secure the product and prevent abuse

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell your personal information or your callers’ personal information. We do not rent contact lists. We share data only with processors needed to run the product (for example Stripe for payments, telephony/AI providers to answer and transcribe calls, and email delivery). Those providers are limited to providing their service to us.

Retention

We keep account, billing, and call records as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for support, disputes, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete account data where we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to update contacts, request a copy of your data, or ask for deletion. For payment questions we may point you to Stripe’s portal.

Children

She Answers is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of sheanswers.ai after an update means you accept the revised policy.
