The service

She Answers provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls for your business, follows a script you approve, and emails you transcripts. We can provision a new local or toll-free number or help forward your existing line. We serve businesses in the US and worldwide. We do not onboard restaurants, bars, cafés, or food service.

Pricing & billing

Default plan: $299 per month, no setup fee, with 1,000 included minutes, then $0.30/min overage unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment is via Stripe (checkout on site or payment link by SMS). We never ask for full card numbers over the phone. Subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Overage may appear on a later invoice.

Going live

After payment clears during business hours, we usually provision same day or within 24 hours. You get a you’re-live email with your number and next steps. Optional onboarding form uploads help us configure scripts faster. Timelines can slip if intake is incomplete or payment fails.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded and transcribed as part of the product. You agree to use She Answers in a way that complies with recording and privacy laws that apply to you and your callers (including any required notice). See our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business info and approve scripts that match how you want callers treated
  • Do not use the service for illegal, harassing, or deceptive purposes
  • Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, or emergency advice — it is for answering, qualifying, and scheduling per your script
  • Keep your contact email current so transcripts and billing notices arrive

Availability

We aim for reliable pickup, but phone networks and third-party AI/telephony can fail. The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost jobs, missed revenue, or consequential damages beyond what the law requires. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, skip payment, or violate these terms.

Brand

The product brand is She Answers / sheanswers.ai. You may not present our AI as a licensed professional or as a human employee without disclosure where required.
